Deshare Alliance
Global industry alliance for decentralized sharing economy
What is Deshare Alliance?
Deshare Alliance is a global industry alliance dedicated to building a trustworthy and decentralized shared economy powered by Web3 technology. Our mission is to integrate resources across borders and industries, fostering an open, efficient, and collaborative shared economy ecosystem.
Founded in February 2025 by ShareX, the world's first decentralized shared economy infrastructure provider, Deshare Alliance serves as a hub for industry players looking to leverage Web2 and Web3 synergies. As the initiator, ShareX provides technical support, alliance operations, resource connections, and industry partnerships to empower members.
Deshare Alliance aims to unite 100 leading global shared economy brands while collaborating with top-tier Web3 blockchain networks and service providers. By exploring emerging business models such as RWA, PayFi and Offline Marketing, the alliance drives innovation and sustainable growth within the industry.
Phase I Highlights: 20+ Global Brands Join the Deshare Alliance
Since the launch of Deshare Alliance, ShareX has opened its doors to collaboration with shared economy brands that demonstrate real-world device networks, user bases, and innovation potential. After months of outreach and engagement, we've completed the first round of recruitment and established partnerships with more than 20 leading global brands.
A detailed appendix introducing each brand is included at the end of this
article.
The inaugural members of the Deshare Alliance bring together leading representatives from the global sharing economy: PowerNow, one of the earliest global shared power bank solution providers, has been operating in Japan and Southeast Asia for over seven years; YoPoint, a vending machine brand, manages over 100,000 devices compatible with mainstream global models; in Hong Kong, LinkRoad enables a blockchain-based taxi-hailing experience; Swap, Southeast Asia's largest integrated electric vehicle ecosystem, has connected tens of thousands of electric motorcycles in Indonesia to its battery-swapping network; and LITAPOWER, one of the world's largest shared power bank manufacturing supply chains, serves over 500 shared power bank brands across six continents.
With the participation of these founding partners, a global, blockchain-compatible shared device network is taking shape. As of now, the network has achieved:
- Deployment across 22 countries, forming a globally distributed physical entry point for Web3.
- Coverage of 9 high-frequency urban consumption scenarios, including power bank rental, shared mobility, vending machines, energy stations, digital kiosks, entertainment terminals, smart recycling (RVM), mobile Wi-Fi, and decentralized computing power.
- Partnerships with 8,630+ offline merchants, spanning shopping districts, transit hubs, campuses, and tourist spots.
- Integration-ready device count exceeding 540,630, across charging, retail, energy, and information terminals—positioning them as strategic gateways for Web3 to reach offline users.
- A combined user base of 8,372,000+, encompassing active consumers across multiple regions and markets.
These numbers not only demonstrate the tangible foundation of the Deshare Alliance but also validate the Deshare model, laying the groundwork for large-scale expansion, protocol standardization, and the rollout of an on-chain user incentive system.
Four Pillars of Ecosystem Empowerment
Completing Phase I is just the beginning. Moving forward, ShareX will engage each partner in deep collaboration across four core pillars, enabling a seamless transition from physical devices to on-chain assets, and from user interactions to data-driven value loops:
Deshare Protocol Integration: Decentralized Infrastructure for the Sharing Economy
Through the Deshare Protocol, each device receives a unique on-chain ID, enabling verifiable logging of usage data, activity records, and revenue—all essential for future RWA issuance and data monetization.
- Verifiable on-chain device behavior and revenue tracking
- Data transparency for auditing and reporting
- Foundations for RWA tokenization, NFT binding, and data marketplaces
User Growth Campaigns: Web3-Powered Offline Engagement
User platforms like TreasureX are already integrating with partner devices. By scanning QR codes and using shared devices, users can unlock rewards, airdrops, and cashback—connecting wallets with real-world behavior and boosting engagement.
- QR-based user activation & task rewards
- On-chain user achievement systems
- Custom incentive design for partners, with access to real behavior data
Cryptopay Integration: Bridging Crypto Payments to Offline Devices
Select partner devices have begun testing Cryptopay, supporting stablecoins and major crypto assets for real-world payments. With Web3 wallets, users can pay directly by scanning. Future iterations may include PayFi innovations like "Buy Now, Pay Never", leveraging the deposit-based nature of shared devices.
- Lower transaction fees compared to traditional payments
- New real-world utility for stablecoins
- Integration with PayFi concepts and deposit-based services
Consumer RWA: Yield-Bearing Device Model
A key extension of the Deshare Protocol, ShareX is introducing the "Yield-Bearing Device" model—turning shared devices into investable, revenue-generating on-chain assets.
- Each device becomes a measurable, divisible on-chain asset unit
- NFT-based yield rights, RWA tokenization, and on-chain circulation
- Bridges DeFi with real-world usage, unlocking new investment opportunities
